The percentage in the name shows the minimum sodium formate content in the batch, while other indicators are specified in the quality certificate: moisture, organic impurities, iron, chlorides and appearance.
Sodium formate 92% dissolves well in water and, with proper stirring, quickly forms a homogeneous solution. For production tasks, the product is introduced into water gradually, controlling concentration, temperature and the absence of undissolved residue. If the solution is fed through equipment, before use it is worth checking clarity, the absence of mechanical particles and compliance with working parameters. For regular deliveries it is important that the solubility and moisture content of the batch remain stable from shipment to shipment.
