Which production and which reagents are suitable

Each cosmetic direction has its own raw material requirements. We have selected items that fit directly into the process.

• Creams, lotions, milks. Carbamide, polymer emulsifier, citric acid and paraffin P-2 form the texture, pH and moisturising film. Trilon B stabilises the system.
• Bath and after-bath products. Magnesium sulfate, oleic acid and citric acid are responsible for foaming, effervescence and water softening.
• Protective and baby cosmetics. Zinc white and paraffin create a safe barrier layer on the skin without clogging pores.
• Hair dyes and lighteners. Hydrogen peroxide and analytical-grade aqueous ammonia form the basic oxidative-alkaline system, without which lasting colouring is impossible.
• Problem skin and peels. Salicylic acid and citric acid at set concentrations provide exfoliation and a bacteriostatic effect.
